I love walking. Always have. Don’t get to do enough.

I love writing. Always have. Don’t get to do enough.

What could be better than to start a hiking blog!

Great thing is – if I have not walked in a while I start to feel like I need to walk in order to feed the blog 🙂 It’s a motivator.

And my life feels full again.

  1. Thank-you so much for visiting and following my blog. Having read your recent two posts I understand why! We all of us have to come to terms with the things we want to do and the things we can and can’t do and you have dealt with this admirably. Your wife must be an understanding woman too! My husband is about to retire and isn’t sure how he will cope with not having a job after 44 years. He plans to go off on his own to explore and discover what he wants and who he is. All fine by me. We will be re-visiting both the Staffordshire Moorland and the Lake District later this year so I will be posting about them again.

  2. Thanx for stopping by and following our journey around Australia. Hopefully you’ll continue to enjoy reading about the adventures we get up to and the bushwalking we do along the way.

    1. Thank you Pawel! I really try to show how it is and how it feels rather than offer turn by turn descriptions of the walks. I just wish I could get out there more than I currently do!
